Job Description – Senior Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in plywood or related building materials. The ideal candidate is self-driven, target-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently. Strong industry relationships with architects, OEMs, interior designers, dealers, and channel partners are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
Expand market presence through regular client visits and territory development.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
Manage and grow the dealer network with consistent follow-ups and timely order closures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS data.
Represent the brand professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, or building materials.
Strong industry network or proven experience selling to architects, designers, and dealers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Willingness to travel frequently for client interactions.
