    Job Description :

    As Search Engine Optimization Manageryou will be responsible for the search engine optimization (SEO) and continued growth of search on acelerartech.com across all platforms. Your job will be to develop, deploy, measure and optimize all aspects of SEO strategy and tactics that will drive natural search traffic and conversion globally . You will also have business ownership of site search on acelerartech.com, improving the information findability and optimization of content to improve site search experience.


    Responsibilities :

    • Enhance search (SEO & Onsite ) performance and drive quality and relevant traffic and engagement
    • Build and maintain link-building strategies and campaigns
    • Establish and report on search and conversion metrics  and track against company organizational goals
    • Serves as Search / SEO liaison between product groups , marketing and the web development agency
    • Work cross-functionally with other content producing teams to categorize and prioritize content for best search experience
    • Tactical SEO work such as optimization of existing content, improving site architecture, monitoring competitors and keyword search
    • Devising,developing and refining an SEO experimentation framework , Running A/B tests to understand which SEOstrategies and tactics are most effective at impacting business goals
    • Partner closely with Paid Search Team to learn from paid advertising testing to integrate learning's into SEOcontent and web design / layout , shate SEO insights and develop a cohesive Search Engine Marketing strategy 
    • Direct and educate the IT and content teams to implement SEO best practices to improve engagement with our global target audience

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Moz SEO certifications) can be an advantage.

2. Professional Experience:

  • SEO Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Management Experience: Previous experience in managing an SEO team or working in a leadership capacity is often required, especially for senior roles.
  • SEO Strategy Development: Experience in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving conversions.
  • SEO Tools Expertise: Proficient in using industry-standard SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Content Strategy: Experience with content optimization, including keyword research, creating content calendars, and guiding content creation for SEO purposes.
  • Link Building: A proven track record of executing successful link-building strategies and managing backlink profiles.

3. Core Skills and Competencies:

  • SEO Strategy and Execution: Ability to create and implement effective SEO strategies that align with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
  • Keyword Research: Strong skills in keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and understanding how to integrate keywords into content to improve rankings.
  • On-Page SEO: In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO elements like meta tags, header tags, URL structure, image optimization, and content formatting.
  • Technical SEO: Proficiency in technical SEO practices such as improving website speed, mobile optimization, site structure, crawlability, indexing, and managing robots.txt and sitemaps.
  • Off-Page SEO: Experience in managing off-page SEO strategies, particularly link-building, and managing online reputation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Ability to analyze SEO metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and using data to improve the user experience and website performance.
  • Competitive Analysis: Ability to monitor and analyze competitors’ websites and SEO strategies to identify new opportunities and keep ahead of market trends.

4. Technical Skills:

  • HTML/CSS: Understanding of HTML and CSS to manage meta tags, content optimization, and ensure that SEO best practices are implemented within the website’s structure.
  • JavaScript & Structured Data: Basic understanding of how JavaScript can impact SEO and experience in implementing structured data (Schema markup) to enhance search results.
  • CMS (Content Management Systems): Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or Drupal, as most SEO changes are implemented via these platforms.
  • Google Search Console: Ability to use Google Search Console for monitoring website performance, managing indexing issues, and optimizing search visibility.
  • SEO Audits: Conducting SEO audits to evaluate website performance, identify SEO issues, and create strategies for improvement.
