Job Title: Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive

Detailed Work Profile

1) Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Adapt content to suit different platforms and audience demographics.

2) Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Research audience preferences and industry trends to inform content strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand brand presence across relevant social media platforms.

3) Community Management:

  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates within the community.

4) Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on social media advertising options and implement paid campaigns when appropriate.

5) Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate insightful reports.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on social media KPIs, audience demographics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for future strategy adjustments and improvements.

6) Industry Trends:
