Job Summary
Social Media Executive is responsible to manage our company's social media
campaigns and help us build our brand. You should be a creative individual who can
produce and create engaging content for our social media pages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our company's social media accounts.
Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the
latest trends.
Engage with customers by responding to questions, complaints, and comments, and
solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings
Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.
Collaborate with the designer to get the images and videos designed on time.
Schedule social media posts using online schedulers.
Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and
responding to their comments.
Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the
audience personally.
Shoot videos and create reels & latest trends in the market.
Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.
Bachelor degree
Ideal Requirements
Education
University degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience
Entry Level/Mid-Career (2 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry is
preferred)
Local applicants with valid Kuwaiti transferable residency (Article 18/22)

Must be bilingual Arab national aged 25-35
Working Hours & Schedule
8 am to 4 pm
5 working days.
Salary
500- 600 KWD (Do not mention the salary on any posts)

Must have experience optimising landing pages and user funnels, working knowledge
of website and marketing analytics tools, and experience with A/B and multivariate
