Job Title: Sr. Sales Account Manager for Solutions - KSA

Key Functions for the Role:

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in closing deals and working within the SME sector selling software solutions.
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferable, but other software solution sales experience will also be considered.
  2. Sales Pipeline:
    • Build and maintain a sufficient and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure that sales goals are met.
  3. Prospecting:
    • Prospect and penetrate a list of named accounts via professional prospecting and networking, directly with target accounts and via Microsoft account teams assigned to those accounts.
  4. Customer Relationship:
    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and continued partnership.
  5. Certifications:
    • Attain/Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) Sales certification(s) as required.
  6. Sales Goals:
    • Meet or exceed sales goals as established in the GP monthly target sales.
  7. Reporting:
    • Maintain a sufficient and accurate pipeline as established in the annual sales plan.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the appropriate Microsoft team members.
  9. Ethics:
    • Conduct all business activities in an ethical and prudent manner.
  10. Reporting Compliance:
    • Update and/or submit all required reports and information within the designated timeframe(s).


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Skills and Experience:

  1. Language Skills:

    • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  2. Market Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of the market sector and the competitive landscape in industry verticals like Discrete Manufacturing, Consumer, Professional Services, Retail, and Distribution.
  3. Sales Hunter:

    • A sales hunter personality is a must.
  4. Software Sales Experience:

    • Good, recorded experience in selling Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) and/or ERP Software solutions.
    • Working understanding of Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) systems is highly advantageous.
  5. Communication:

    • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a professional and polished manner.
