Job Title: Sr. Sales Account Manager for Solutions - KSA
Key Functions for the Role:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in closing deals and working within the SME sector selling software solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferable, but other software solution sales experience will also be considered.
- Sales Pipeline:
- Build and maintain a sufficient and accurate pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure that sales goals are met.
- Prospecting:
- Prospect and penetrate a list of named accounts via professional prospecting and networking, directly with target accounts and via Microsoft account teams assigned to those accounts.
- Customer Relationship:
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and continued partnership.
- Certifications:
- Attain/Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX/CRM) Sales certification(s) as required.
- Sales Goals:
- Meet or exceed sales goals as established in the GP monthly target sales.
- Reporting:
- Maintain a sufficient and accurate pipeline as established in the annual sales plan.
- Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the appropriate Microsoft team members.
- Ethics:
- Conduct all business activities in an ethical and prudent manner.
- Reporting Compliance:
- Update and/or submit all required reports and information within the designated timeframe(s).
