Designation: Sr. Service Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
Work Days: Sunday Off (1st & 3rd Saturday week off)
Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Overview:

The Service Department is responsible for managing service and support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to execute these functions effectively. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and working well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field

Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years in project and service management
