Hiring for SSIS Developer for an offshore (Work from home ) permanent job for an USA Based IT company.



Location : Work from home 

Salary : No bar for proven track candidates 

Exp : 10 to 15 Years 

Job Details :

SSIS candidate should be an expert in SSIS who can do the job without needing any technical help for SSIS.
We will work very closely with him in understanding the project requirement and answer any questions he may have. We have already designed a star schema and all the database tables.
The logic is also written but the candidate will have to know how to use that logic in the SSIS objects ( data flow tasks, execute tasks etc) .

The experience required in this case should be at least 5 years of concentrated SSIS work. There can be candidates who have been using SSIS for 10+years but if they have been doing other work also in those 10 years then their SSIS experience may not be 10 years.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize existing SSIS packages for better performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or other data storage systems.
  • Implement data integration solutions between different systems and platforms.
  • Perform data cleansing, mapping, and transformation tasks.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain SSIS packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SSIS, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
