Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to oversee store operations for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing materials and inventory within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized management of the store, including material handling, inventory control, and ERP system usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store department for real estate projects, ensuring timely availability and efficient storage of materials.
- Oversee the inventory of building materials and supplies, ensuring optimal storage conditions and correct usage.
- Utilize ERP systems to track stock levels, manage materials, and maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Ensure that all materials are organized in compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, including receipts, distributions, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that material requirements are met on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store management within the real estate industry, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of various building materials and best practices for efficient storage and management.
- Proficiency in using ERP software for inventory and store management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
