Position Overview

The Supply Chain Executive will oversee inventory planning, production scheduling, operational performance tracking, and ERP operations to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with supply chain management tools and technologies to drive operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory and Warehouse Management:

  • Update inventory visibility using planning tools to ensure accurate warehouse allocation.
  • Monitor inventory levels to meet demand and minimize wastage.
  • Track demand vs. dispatch to ensure supply chain efficiency.

2. Production Planning:

  • Collaborate with production teams to plan city-wise demand for pastries, long shelf-life items, and bread.
  • Calculate consignments and integrate ad hoc demand into production plans.
  • Manage RPO creation and ensure timely updates in CWO systems.

3. Operational Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor supply chain performance through dashboards and KPIs, including FR% and PO trends.
  • Analyze supply planning versus targets for all channels and address any variances.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Fill Rate (FR).

4. Warehouse Optimization:

  • Track SKU and warehouse-level wastage and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure stock levels are aligned with Days on Hand (DOH) targets.
  • Conduct FG stock audits and provide recommendations for inventory improvements.

5. Vendor and Outsourcing Coordination:

  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers for production scheduling and procurement.
  • Ensure accurate PO raising and monitor payment and ledger updates.

6. MIS Reporting and Analytics:

  • Perform warehouse aging analysis and provide insights for inventory turnover improvement.

7. Additional Duties:

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory, or production planning.
  • Proficiency in supply chain tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and MS Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and configuration.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

1. Inventory Planning and Warehouse Allocation:

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in updating inventory visibility.
  • Maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels for seamless operations.
  • Achieve timely and accurate updates to the Demand vs. Dispatch Tracker.

2. Production Planning:

  • Ensure accurate city-wise demand planning for pastries, long shelf-life items, and bread.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in consignment calculations and integrating ad hoc demand.
  • Ensure error-free RPO creation and indent updates.

3. SCM Trackers and Operational Performance:

  • Maintain real-time dashboards such as FR% and PO trends using Power BI/Tableau.
  • Conduct timely and actionable analyses of supply issues and root cause analysis for FR challenges.

4. Warehouse and Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Minimize wastage at SKU and warehouse levels.
  • Manage stock levels to align with DOH targets and conduct monthly FG stock audits.

5. Outsourcing and Vendor Coordination:

  • Achieve 100% compliance in coordinating production quantities with contract manufacturers.
  • Ensure timely PO raising and securing a 100% Fill Rate (FR).
  • Plan and manage crate allocations and procurement effectively.

6. Supply Chain MIS Reporting:

  • Conduct regular warehouse aging analysis and provide actionable insights for inventory optimization.
