Position Overview:

Double Yolk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join us as the Country Lead for our Talent Team in India, based in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  2. IT Recruitment:
    • Specialize in hiring for various IT positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline to meet business objectives.
  3. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to job offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Onboarding:
    • Process employment contracts and onboard staff to internal systems.
  5. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging various channels including social media, job boards, and industry networking.
  6. Candidate Assessment:
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  8. Compliance:
    • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading a recruitment team.
  • Solid background in IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of industry requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Residency in Ahmedabad.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday; full-time.

Work Location:

  • Ahmedabad office at least 3 times per week (remaining working days are WFH).
  • Strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS) required.
