Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to drive customer engagement, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to business growth in the manufacturing technology space. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong sales skills, and customer relationship management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and technical needs to recommend suitable solutions.
Deliver persuasive technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimized system solutions.
Work with channel sales partners and system integrators to generate business and strengthen accounts.
Manage key accounts to ensure sustained growth.
Prepare quotations and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Provide after-sales support, including training and technical assistance.
Conduct product training sessions for customers and partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Bachelor degree
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Development, or related field.
2–5 years of technical sales experience; SaaS product sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of machine vision systems and applications is an advantage.
Familiarity with Automotive, Electronics, or Aerospace industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of identifying opportunities, driving sales, and closing deals.
