Job Description:-

1. Job Title:- Executive Assistant.

2. Department:- Management.

3. Reporting To:- Director.

4. Profile:-

1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
4. Complete assistance to Partners
5. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
6. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
7. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
8. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
9. Assistance to Sales Team & Co-ordination with clients

5. Skills:- Stable, Discipline, Smart Personality , good command of English.

Work Hours:- 10.30 Am to 6.30 Pm 

Working Days- 6 Days
