Detailed Work Profile: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Telecalling Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential students interested in pursuing their education abroad. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls, explaining our services, and guiding interested individuals towards the next steps in their educational journey.

 

Required Experience in Years (Min /Max): 1 year minimum in education industry

Salary Budget (Min-Max Range): 15-20k

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior) – Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus

Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Persuasive and results-oriented

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Target-driven and self-motivated
