Description
In Kreatica, we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Executive to help us build up our business
activities.
Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining
customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to
potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone and in person, we’d
like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid
and sustainable growth.
About the role:
1. Provide training and experiential learning opportunities for the development of skills in User
Engagement, assessment, crisis intervention, consultation, outreach, and provision of supervision.
2. Provide an open and supportive environment conducive to the development of multicultural
competence and sensitivity to individual differences and to provide experiential learning opportunities
to integrate developing knowledge base into work with diverse populations.
3. Provide a professional working environment that encourages and gives space to professional identity
development and the development of professional competence.
Responsibilities
◊ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
◊ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
◊ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
◊ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
◊ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
◊ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
◊ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
◊ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
◊ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
◊ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
◊ Generate quality leads
◊ Meet client and understand their requirements
◊ Communicate client’s requirements with the team
◊ Get in touch with the sample team for samples and quotations
Additional Points:
◊ 6 days working (Monday to Saturday) – Sunday fixed off.
◊ Timings- 9am- 6pm
◊ Must have good communication skills
◊ Travel friendly (Local)

Day-to-day responsibilities
◊ Manage marketing activities and create
awareness about the concept by playing
around with different marketing ideas
◊ Come up with competitive insights
◊ Explain to them our Product and services

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
