Position Overview: As a Store & Purchase Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our restaurant's supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the restaurant industry, a strong understanding of Tally software, and proven experience in managing store and purchase functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Inventory Management:

  • Implement and oversee effective inventory control measures to minimise waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies using Tally

 

Supplier Management:

  • Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable

 

Order Processing:

  • Oversee the procurement process, from placing orders to coordinating
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to forecast demand and plan orders

 

Quality Control:

  • Monitor the quality of incoming products and ensure they meet the restaurant's
  • Address any quality issues promptly and collaborate with suppliers to resolve

 

Cost Management:

  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising
  • Analyse pricing and market trends to identify opportunities for cost

 

What are we looking for?

 

Experience:

  • Strong and proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant
  • Proven track record of successful inventory and purchase
  • Familiarity with Tally software is
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving
  • Proficient in using Tally software for inventory and financial
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day store and purchase operations

 

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar is
