We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating outbound leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals to drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate outbound leads and expand the client base.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking activities.
  • Contact potential clients via cold calling, emails, and social media to set up meetings.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and propose solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
