Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
    • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
