Summary of experience:


Experience of the gulf more than 0 8 years as Steel structural Fabrication Foreman in the field of
fabrication, erection, welding activities and quality control, for various construction projects in
STEEL STRUCTURAL FABRICATION AND NON STRUCTURAL METAL WORKS
Also performed static equipment erection and structural fabrication. Presently has been working
in the field of shop fabrication and field erection.
Steel structural Fabrication Foreman with various construction projects in Oil, Gas, Tower , mass
housing,malls,projects
Nature of Work.
ï‚·
Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during
fabrication work, is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure,
latest IFC drawings, specifications and correct materials.
Performing the job according to fabrication drawings and project client specifications and
also after completion of fit up, arranging for QC inspectors and third party inspector
according to
approved ITP.
ï‚· Ensure that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as cutting list, bill of
materials, weld cards, consumables etc are properly archived, and cooperate with Safety
and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their recommendations.
ï‚· Having a working knowledge in gas and oil field with all kind of fabrication and erection
inspection techniques for various applicable standards. 
ï‚· Fabrication and erection of structural steel fabrication, monitoring construction activities
and Schedule, weekly & monthly progress report, co-ordination with other discipline and
supervising Field
ï‚· Fabrication and Erection of Structural steel.
ï‚· Bill of Material (BOM) preparation for individual isometrics.
ï‚· Collecting jobs from the supervisor
ï‚· Arrange proper Toolbox talk
ï‚· Checking the drawing, whether it need any correction.
ï‚· Planning how to make the job more quickly.
ï‚· Planning how and where to do the jobs as per drawing.
ï‚· To allocate sufficient skilled and talented worker on jobs.
ï‚· Arrange proper materials and equipment’s for the workers.
ï‚· Checking the Lay out and marking correctly.
ï‚· Supervising maneuvering of materials by overhead crane without any accident.
ï‚· As soon as the job done offering the job to quality control for the approval.

ï‚· After the job is done giving the feedback to the Supervisor.
ï‚· Follow the company HSE policy obey the safety rules.
ï‚· Supervised and distributed work amongst 30+ employees.
ï‚· Hull preparation, Assembling and Erection
ï‚· Fabrication and erection of pipe line and Vessels etc
ï‚· Check the available of Drawing/ Materials to processes the job
without interruption
ï‚· checking Lay out and marking correctly
ï‚· Arrange proper Toolbox talk
ï‚· Follow the company HSE policy obey the safety rules, Supervised and distributed work
amongst 20+ employees.

Qualifications:
S.S.L.C. (Passed with 63 % of Score).
DIPLOMA (Mechanical-ENGG) Completed.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
