Saudi Aramco Approved PROJECTS MANAGER

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMO) is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas or construction industries.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing Saudi Aramco-approved projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).

Knowledge of Regulations:

• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for safety and quality assurance.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to prepare and present comprehensive project reports.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Project Lifecycle Management:

• Experience in managing all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Cultural Competence:

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.

Willingness to Travel:

• Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
