HR MANAGER

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee employee relations and performance management systems.
• Provide guidance on HR issues and support organizational development initiatives.
