We are looking for below candidates for Bangalore Location. We are a startup currently preparing menus and dishes.
Qualification - Degree/Diploma from Culinary/Pastry School preferred
Experience - 1 – 4 years
Job Description - Candidates must
Know the basics of preparation, assembling and presentation of cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery foods
Create new and exciting desserts
Ensure decoration using different toppings and icing is aesthetically pleasing
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all working areas
Provide training to other junior staff

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized culinary school specializing in pastry arts.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
    • Proven experience in creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in pastry techniques, including cake decoration, chocolate work, and sugar craft.
    • Strong knowledge of various baking methods and procedures.
  • Creativity:

    • Ability to create innovative and visually appealing desserts.
    • Passion for experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation styles.
  • Attention to Detail:

    • Strong attention to detail in both presentation and quality of work.
    • Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards.
  • Time Management:

    • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Teamwork:

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Experience in training and mentoring junior pastry staff is a plus.
  • Health and Safety Standards:

    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and management.
  • Flexibility:
