We are looking for Marketing Manager with experience in Casino and online Batting industry. Chinese Or Mandarian Language is MUST.

As the Marketing Manager, she/he will be responsible for assisting the General Manager to achieve the overall success of property marketing, including strategy development and implementation, planning, program development and implementation, expense budgeting and processing, and team supervision and development. Key marketing functions with direct oversight may include promotions, events, player development, the players club, and competitor analyses. Other functions will include database analyses/ability to pull data, direct marketing, promotions programming, advertising, creative development, digital marketing,

The Marketing Manager, along with the property management team, is also responsible for the delivery, monitoring, and continual improvement of guest service and satisfaction along with meeting/exceeding property financial goals.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of property marketing plans.
  • Develops marketing programs which successfully achieve the property’s marketing and business goals and are properly aligned with the company, regional, and property brand.
  • Closely monitors competitive and industry trends and ensures the property is responding to developments and staying competitive.
  • Creates program budgets, manages expenses, and monitors progress toward maintaining property budgetary goals.
  • Assists in the review and approval of marketing programs including actions provided by the Marketing Shared Services groups.
  • Analyzes and reports on success of marketing programs, including the generation of incremental revenues and ROI.
  • Contributes to successful achievement of property financial objectives.
  • Assists with the selection and development of marketing team members.
  • Helps manage selected outside vendors and closely monitors their performance.
  • Helps ensure all marketing activities, staff, and outside partners are in full compliance with all regulatory, company, and property policies and practices.
  • Helps coordinate marketing support with all other operational departments.
  • Helps communicate marketing plans, programs, and results to other key departments and team members.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualification:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in computer science or related fields may be advantageous.
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software, such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) is often required.
  • Skills:

    • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed (typically 30-50 words per minute).
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry tasks.
    • Basic knowledge of data management and storage practices.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in using database management software and data entry tools.
    • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Communication:

    • Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interactions with colleagues and supervisors.
