HR Manager

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or MBA in HRM is preferred.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of proven experience in human resource management.
• Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead the HR department.
• Experience in implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Employee Relations:

• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and managing grievances.
• Proficiency in managing employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations.

HR Systems Knowledge:

• Familiarity with HR software systems (HRIS) and payroll management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to assess and improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Compliance and Legal:

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Ability to ensure the organization’s HR practices are in compliance with the law.

Training and Development:

• Experience in designing and conducting training programs for employee skill development.
• Managing talent development and succession planning.

Multitasking and Organizational Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
