  • Exposure to Life Insurance company project management roles and aware of the Life insurance operations cycle.
  • Should have worked on Projects that involved Actuaries or at least other operation teams (other than IT) in the life insurance space like claims, underwriting, finance etc
  • Exposure to project management tools other than MS office products like JIRA.
  • Experience in managing testing cycles from testing till User acceptance test.
  • Preferable to have experience of dealing with stakeholders in Senior management level as the role will require dealing with Senior Actuaries in different countries.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, resource allocation and presentation of reports to stakeholders would be a desired skill.
  • Preferably based out of Hong Kong as the life insurance transformation market there is more matured.

 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within operations or manufacturing environments.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
