Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
    • Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is highly preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a fitness trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal training or group fitness classes.
  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of various fitness techniques, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
    • Ability to create personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire clients and promote a positive training environment.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Customer Service:

    • Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Ability to address client concerns and provide support as needed.
  • Physical Fitness:

    • Excellent physical condition and fitness level to demonstrate exercises and techniques effectively.
    • Ability to participate in fitness classes and activities.
  • Adaptability:

    • Flexibility to adapt training programs based on client progress and feedback.
    • Ability to work with diverse populations, including different age groups and fitness levels.
  • Professional Development:

    • Commitment to continuous education and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Participation in workshops, seminars, or additional certifications is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, track client progress, and maintain records.
    • Ability to handle administrative tasks related to client management.
