Primary Responsibilities :

  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in various continental cooking techniques and styles.
    • Ability to create and innovate menus based on seasonal ingredients.
    • Strong presentation and plating skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment and lead a team.
