Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in customer service, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Ability to analyze customer feedback and data for improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and customer feedback tools.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of customer experience strategies and best practices.
