B2B Officer

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the Kuwait market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Relationship Management:

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in networking and developing partnerships.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Time Management:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
