  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Jeddah’s real estate market and trends.
  • License: Real estate license or certification preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is advantageous.
