Job description

 

1. Basic Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, PF, PT etc

2. Knowledge of Accounting and Statutory Payment

3. Reconciliation of Bank Statements , Debtors & Creditors on daily basis

4. Accounting & Follow-up of Trade Receivables and Trade Payables.

5. Maintenance of Petty Cash Book.

6. Vendor Payments.



Roles and Responsibilities

Invoicing, entry Tally, outstanding mail to customer, reports preparation MIS
Take account information and take customer follow-ups or email invoice , Govt. tender upload the documents , all office work customer client and supplier and due email to customers operation work ,

Knowledge of Accounting Software i.e. Tally

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
