training of other Indian chefs and
Vietnamese staff.

Keeping the food, hygiene, and cleaning
standards set by the company for the
restaurants.

Managing kitchen staff rota with help of
supervisors.

Cooking and preparing mine-en-place
when required.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a diverse menu of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
