Job Description / Responsibilities

  1. To establish good interpersonal relations with the customers at all levels.
  2. To carry out the services for the supplied products like, Air Compressor / Gas Generators / Vacuum Pumps
  3. To manage the Annual maintenance Contracts (AMC) & preventative maintenance for various products.
  4. To continuously acquire the product knowledge and be updated with new products.
  5. To be a part of project implementation team.
  6. To collate & use the market knowledge.Follow-up collecting of payments, statutory-forms

Desired profile of the candidate

  • Technically Competent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to work in team based environment 

Willing to travel / re-locate within Telangana / AP

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
    • Ability to explain product features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Focus:

    • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
    • Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Familiarity with sales tracking tools and techniques.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Team Player:

    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to team goals.
