Job Description :

Excellent knowlege of Microsoft Excel and Word 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front office operations or customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Customer Service Orientation:

    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
    • Experience in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in front office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues that may arise during guest interactions.
  • Presentation Skills:

    • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the hotel positively at all times.
  • Flexibility:

    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
