Basic experience in networking, routing, switching installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly desirable.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or related roles.
    • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in configuring, installing, and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
    • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess network performance and implement improvements.
  • Support and Maintenance:

    • Experience in providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
    • Ability to perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT equipment.
  • Documentation:

    • Strong ability to document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability:

    • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments and demands.
  • Customer Service Orientation:
