Staff Nurses (ICU, ward, EMERGENCY)

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Licensure:

• Valid nursing license to practice in the respective state or region.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience in critical care (ICU), general wards, or emergency departments.
• Experience in handling emergency situations and critical care procedures is preferred.

Clinical Skills:

• Proficient in basic and advanced nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
• Familiarity with life support equipment and monitoring devices.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to provide clear and concise patient education.

Teamwork:

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to lead and support junior nursing staff as required.
