Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate direct sales or related roles.
    • Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate sales techniques and strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Skills:

    • Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
    • Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling presentations to corporate clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
    • Ability to manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge:

    • Good understanding of the local market and corporate sales environment.
    • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Adaptability:

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Flexibility to travel within the region for client meetings as required.
