  • Visit customer locations to provide onsite technical support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and support operating systems.
  • Replace faulty hardware components and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain service reports and update support activities regularly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel and visit customer locations.
  • Good or average communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the assigned location.
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
